About me

Hi, I’m Andrea Bey! As a real estate professional since 2016, I’m deeply passionate about helping people find not just a house, but a place to truly call home. Growing up in Florence, KY, I learned the importance of family, connection, and community. My parents, who sacrificed so much for me and my three siblings, taught us the value of putting others first. That same care and dedication inspire me to serve my clients with compassion and integrity.

After graduating from St. Henry High School and earning my degree from Northern Kentucky University, I pursued my real estate license to combine my love for helping people with my knowledge of the area.

In 2022, I decided to take a slightly different path and help sell a new senior living community, The Ormsby, helping seniors and their families plan for their next steps into retirement living. This role was different from traditional real estate—it wasn’t about selling homes but about guiding families through an often emotional process of transitioning into senior living.

The experience profoundly shaped my perspective as a professional. Working with seniors required more than knowledge of housing options—it demanded patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the emotional challenges they and their families faced. Many of the seniors I worked with were leaving homes filled with decades of memories to embrace a new chapter in life. My role was to listen to their concerns, answer their questions, and help them feel confident and cared for during this important transition.

Whether it’s working with seniors, first-time buyers, or families at any stage, I’m committed to making every real estate journey smooth, stress-free, and rewarding.

When I’m not working, I’m with my amazing family. My husband, Jeremy, and I have two wonderful kids, Braxton and Kinsley, and two sweet dogs, Moose and Miller. We love spending our weekends boating and camping at Lake Cumberland, making memories together in the great outdoors.

If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you find your next home, I’d be honored to work with you. Let’s create your real estate success story together!
